The Operations & Supply Chain Summer Intern will support key initiatives within the operations teams, focusing on process improvement, data analysis, and project execution to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in the analysis and optimization of supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management

Conduct data-driven analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction

Support engineering projects related to process improvement, automation, and production efficiency

Participate in supplier evaluation, and performance monitoring

Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, and Tableau

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and distribution, to drive operational improvements

Assist in implementing lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives

Research and present recommendations for process enhancements and technology adoption

Participate in team meetings, present findings, and document key takeaways

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus

Knowledge of supply chain principles, engineering processes, and lean methodologies

Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
