They are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the development of user interfaces, collaborate on API design, and mentor other developers while contributing to the evolution of their software solution.

Responsibilities

Own the front end — lead the development of beautiful, high-performance, and accessible user interfaces that delight users and drive product adoption

Champion design systems — collaborate with design to evolve and maintain scalable UI components and patterns

Drive pixel-perfect implementation — turn Figma into functional reality with precision, attention to detail, and thoughtful transitions/animations

Push the stack — collaborate on API design and architecture to ensure the frontend is blazing fast, efficient, and maintainable

Mentor and lead — review frontend code, share best practices, and guide other developers toward quality and consistency

Triage, debug, and optimize — identify UI/UX issues, performance bottlenecks, and cross-browser quirks across a range of devices and viewports

Shape product and process — participate in design and technical discussions, bringing strong opinions on how to build better interfaces, faster

Contribute to documentation — help improve our internal tooling, guides, and onboarding materials, especially those related to frontend work
