Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies, with a dual focus on new business acquisition and the expansion of existing accounts
Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to exceed revenue goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners across the US
Drive execution of strategic and tactical plans to support business growth
Implement Go-To-Market strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives
Hire, develop, and retain top sales talent
Oversee territory analytics, reporting cadence, and sales forecasting
Monitor team performance metrics and establish regular review processes
Define and manage sales compensation and incentive programs
Cultivate strategic partnerships and channel relationships
Influence internal and external stakeholders to optimize systems and processes
Align departmental budgets with revenue targets
Continuously improve sales tools, technologies, and workflows
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity
Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute impactful campaigns and field events
Engage in strategic customer meetings and support deal closures
Prospect and secure new business opportunities within the manufacturing segment, driving growth and market share

Required

Proven success in leading sales teams focused on both new business acquisition and account management
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales programs
Track record of consistent revenue growth and target achievement
Experience in direct sales and channel partner programs
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Extensive experience in the US market
Skilled in team building and cross-functional collaboration
Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
Self-motivated and proactive in anticipating business needs
Willingness to travel across the US, as required

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of professional sales management experience
5+ years of account management experience focused on pipeline growth and expansion
Experience selling cybersecurity solutions, preferably Managed Security Services
Background in B2B channel-based sales
Experience managing both field and inside sales teams
Proficiency in CRM platforms for pipeline and performance management
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDIPICC
