Responsibilities

Design, execute, and deliver technology solutions for clients’ business challenges

Lead complex technical projects

Streamline interconnected business processes and technology environments

Architect and implement custom, scalable solutions

Mentor junior team members

Lead cross-functional teams in execution of different workstreams

Interface with executive stakeholders to plan and execute successful engagements

Collaborate with other Valent leaders in leading the operations of the business

Contribute directly to the growth of Valent

Required

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Engineering, or similar

Minimum of five years of experience in technology consulting, software development, or systems architecture

Broad technical experience across multiple languages, frameworks, and platforms, with a proven ability to choose and apply the right tools for the task

Experience architecting and implementing custom technology solutions

Experience designing and implementing complex system integrations

Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objectives and client outcomes

Experience leading small teams and delivering successful project outcomes, while also contributing directly to the work being done

Skilled at driving alignment across cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives

Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks to meet diverse client needs

Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
