Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess remodeling needs and provide custom solutions
Close high-ticket sales using a consultative, relationship-based approach
Use digital tools and CRM systems to manage follow-ups and pipeline
Travel locally throughout Birmingham and surrounding areas using your own vehicle
Qualification
Required
2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
Proven success in commission-based roles
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with technology, including iPad and CRM systems
Self-starter with strong time management and closing skills
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
Must pass a background check and drug screening
High school or equivalent
