Affiliate Provider Coordinator

Ulliance is an international behavioral health and human resources service company headquartered in Troy, Michigan, seeking a passionate Affiliate Provider Coordinator. The role involves developing and maintaining partnerships with Affiliate Providers, conducting utilization management reviews, and providing coaching and complaint resolution.

Responsibilities

Research, interview, and negotiate with potential Affiliate Providers
Conduct utilization management reviews in response to requests for case extensions and quality assurance
Assist in clinical investigations and resolutions of Affiliate Provider complaints
Effectively coach Affiliate Providers on Ulliance procedures
Exhibit knowledge and understanding of all established departmental and organizational policies and procedures
Display excellent customer service relationships with all providers
Investigate and reconcile Affiliate Provider complaints and/or billing issues
Assist as needed in the re-credentialing process and accurately update the Affiliate Provider database
Coordinate on-site/specialized service activities regarding utilizing Affiliate Providers; including affiliate phone follow-up, obtaining required documentation, and generate payment requests
Assist in developing and authoring new/revised Affiliate Provider Policies and Procedures, User guides, and Affiliate Provider Training material
Other tasks as assigned

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in behavioral scienceExperience in mental healthWorking knowledge of brief therapy modelsProficient in Microsoft OfficeMultitaskPrevious EAP experienceElectronic healthcare recordsOrganizational skillsAttention to detailMaintain confidentialityInterpersonal skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field (social work, psychology, counseling or other applicable field) preferred
Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse setting
Possess working knowledge of brief therapy models
Proficient in Microsoft office products and equivalent
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask effectively
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred

Previous EAP experience
Experience utilizing electronic healthcare records systems
