Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day routing of digital assets across Direct Response, Donor Marketing & Journeys, Internal Creative, COE, Brand, Digital, and external agency partners
Develop and maintain workback schedules, production calendars, and delivery timelines
Ensure clear communication around priorities, risks, dependencies, and deadlines
Maintain documentation, version control, and structured handoffs to keep work moving efficiently
Intake and clarify creative, campaign, and digital production requests to ensure readiness and alignment
Coordinate production and revisions of digital assets, including paid digital ads, emails, web updates, landing pages, donation forms, and social content
Consolidate stakeholder feedback and manage iterative routing through final approval
Conduct QA checks on all assets to ensure copy accuracy, formatting, correct links and tracking, rendering consistency, accessibility, and channel compliance
Validate that assets meet specifications across Meta, Display, SEM, email platforms, and UNICEF USA’s CMS
Identify recurring quality trends and contribute to improvements in upstream workflow and asset development processes
Serve as a central liaison between Internal Creative, COE, Digital, Brand, and external agency partners
Ensure alignment on creative briefs, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
Facilitate smooth transitions from intake through production, review, approval, and launch
Help implement and refine lightweight processes for intake, routing, naming conventions, asset management, and delivery
Maintain status trackers, dashboards, and production logs for visibility and accountability
Document process improvements and contribute to the longer-term operational structure of the team

Required

4–7 years of experience as a Digital Producer, Project Manager, Creative Operations Manager, or similar digital production-focused role
Strong understanding of digital direct response workflows and best practices
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
Highly proactive and solutions-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with digital production tools, asset management systems, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, etc.)
Commitment to UNICEF USA's mission and values
Must possess current and valid U.S. work authorization and be eligible to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship
