Inbound Call Center Agent

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure positive interactions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities
Provide customer support by following established call center scripts and guidelines
Meet or exceed individual performance goals, ensuring high-quality customer interactions
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience, empathy, and efficiency
Maintain positive and professional phone etiquette in every interaction
Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Accurately perform data entry and maintain organized records
Communicate clearly with customers to ensure their understanding and satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Experience with inbound calling and resolving customer issues
Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Detail-oriented with proficiency in data entry
A service-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets
Preferred
