Provide outstanding service and build impactful and lasting relationships with members
Answer member's questions and service their accounts
Utilize natural curiosity to actively listen and uncover needs
Recommend products and services that will best benefit individual financial needs
Assist in outbound calls to engage members who are not physically seen in the branches
Qualification
Required
