Qualification
Required
Master's in Engineering/Science with 12+ years' experience, PhD with 8+ years, or Bachelor's with 15+ years in medical device R&D
Expertise in medical device engineering, R&D standards, and methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
Experience influencing cross-functional teams and building networks with senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (Marlborough, MA or Newark, DE)
