They are seeking a results-driven DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to design, automate, and secure cloud infrastructure across Azure environments, while collaborating with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure reliability and compliance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform and Ansible modules for Azure infrastructure

Enforce configuration standards and policy-as-code practices

Architect and manage scalable, secure Azure environments (AKS, App Gateway, VNets, NSGs, Key Vault, Managed Identities)

Implement governance, cost optimization, and compliance controls across subscriptions

Build and optimize Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across environments

Implement blue/green, canary, and rollback deployment strategies with observability and alerting

Integrate vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows

Manage secrets, certificates, and key management using secure vault solutions

Collaborate with security teams to align infrastructure with FedRAMP/FIPS/ISO/PCI standards

Implement proactive monitoring using Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and Log Analytics

Define SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets aligned with business objectives

Partner with product and engineering teams in agile ceremonies to plan, deliver, and continuously improve

Participate in release management, sprint planning, retrospectives, and post-incident reviews
