Responsibilities
Lead national procurement activities across direct and indirect categories
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets
Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and continuous improvement
Lead or support RfX processes, e-auctions, contract negotiations, and supplier events
Collaborate with leadership to align procurement targets with business and global goals
Oversee contract negotiations, risk mitigation, and adherence to corporate procurement policies
Identify and address additional spending categories to expand procurement influence
Support category management for temporary labor, subcontractors, cleaning chemicals, tools, work apparel, and rental equipment
Drive savings initiatives, working capital optimization, and process efficiency
Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards (ISO 14001, 45001, 9001)
Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team and foster cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
8–15+ years in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, including leadership roles
Proven success managing large-scale service procurement (e.g., facility management, maintenance, construction, or automation)
Strong negotiation skills with OEMs, system integrators, and technology providers
Demonstrated ability to align procurement strategies with project timelines and budgets
Financial acumen with experience in cost analysis, budgeting, and P&L interpretation
Deep understanding of automation, manufacturing processes, and related technologies
Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a demanding environment
Preferred
Master's degree in business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
Certified in CPSM, CSCP, or CPM
