QA Testing Coordinator

They also need to at least understand ecommerce- know API’s and how integration works
They created their own automation framework from scratch using cucumber, test café, fragrant, playwright- someone with any of these tools would be fine
Strong background in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud workflows, including lead generation > opportunity > account > purchasing with subscriptions model with various recurring payment types
Understanding the sales enablement process, account management, order fulfillment, billing, and accounts receivables functions
Experience with Quote-to-cash process and related functions related to sales, including the quote-to-order process
Experience with Salesforce data migration and API/integration testing
Strong understanding of the complete contract to order processing cycle from the customer's intent to purchase to realizing revenue, including contract payment terms
Understanding of order fulfillment and back-end processes and integration with ERP systems
Understanding the process of identifying and nurturing potential customers, guiding them through the sales process until the lead is qualified and ready to be contracted
Working knowledge of validation involved with ensuring accurate pricing, contract approvals
Strong Knowledge of customer journey workflows (browse → cart → checkout → payment → fulfillment), including experience with multi-channel commerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify)
Experience with payment gateway integrations, OMS (Order Management Systems), and inventory workflows
Experience with payment source types, cancellations, returns, late payments handling processes, reactivation of product subscriptions scenarios, promo pricing, taxation elements, global retail sales (transactions and ship-to global delivery models)
Understanding the various sync/integration checkpoints from lead Marketing efforts to Salesforce cloud, following the transaction into Oracle revenue and financial reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and risk management
Deep understanding of all phases of SDLC: requirements → design → development → testing → deployment → maintenance
Full knowledge of the various test cycles (SIT, E2E, and UAT testing), plus regression testing
Strong ability to design, execute, and manage test cases (manual and automated)
Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, HP ALM)
Experience with defect logging/ tracking, reporting, and root cause analysis
Experience with user testing around products/ skus, pricing APIs, lead generation, online retail purchasing based on subscriptions, recurring billing processes, integration points from Salesforce into eCommerce cloud and some understanding of the downstream flows to Oracle for invoicing, J/E, G/L
Understanding of ERP workflows (finance, supply chain, HR modules)
Experience with integration testing between Salesforce/eCommerce and Oracle Cloud
Knowledge of middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) for data synchronization
Ability to validate data consistency, API calls, and batch jobs across systems
Ability to coordinate and manage testing activities with against milestones and release cycles
Ability to map business workflows across Salesforce, eCommerce, and Oracle Cloud
Experience in process optimization and automation testing
Strong documentation skills for test plans, workflow diagrams, and test scripts
Strong understanding of test automation, assessment criteria and tools (Playwright, Cucumber, etc)
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
Strong communication skills for collaborating with developers, product owners, and business analysts
Knowledge of Agile testing practices (continuous testing, shift-left approach)
