Responsibilities
Leading a team of direct reports and shared service resources to ensure timely and accurate accounting processes
Overseeing operational accounting, month-end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions
Ensuring compliance with corporate initiatives and deadlines, including financial results submission, reserve calculations, and capital reporting
Maintaining accurate entity-level and consolidated reporting, including loading data into financial systems (OneStream)
Partnering with operational teams to ensure financial accuracy and strong controls
Supervising payroll processing for one brand and managing shared services activities
Designing and implementing financial controls to maintain compliance with corporate guidelines
Driving continuous improvement and process optimization
Leading and developing a high-performing team to support business growth
Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX general ledger and related systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
6+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control implementation
Experience managing monthly financial close and reporting processes
Proficiency with accounting and financial reporting systems; Microsoft Dynamics AX experience required
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and influence cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with OneStream and Alteryx
Background in manufacturing or consumer products industries
Familiarity with designing and maintaining financial processes and documentation
D365 experience highly preferred
