Responsibilities
Represent employers in employment litigation, primarily single-plaintiff cases
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with precision and clarity
Collaborate with partners and clients on case strategy and compliance issues
Gain exposure to PAGA and class action matters (experience preferred but not required)
Participate in firm initiatives, including DEI programs and pro bono opportunities
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Admission to the California Bar
Employment litigation experience, including discovery and motion practice
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Experience with PAGA and class action matters
