Senior Project Manager | Municipal & Water Resources
Herbert, Rowland & Grubic, Inc. (HRG) is a nationally ranked design firm providing civil engineering, surveying, and environmental services. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager for Municipal & Water Resources to lead water resources projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities
Leading and managing water resources projects including public infrastructure such as roadways, stormwater systems, stormwater management (SWM), and erosion and sediment control (ESC) best management practices (BMPs)
Oversight and QA/QC of technical project designs, studies, and reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
Develop and administer construction contracts to ensure compliance and project success
Managing financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring project profitability
Serving as the primary representative for Municipal/Authority clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license
10+ years' experience in water resources and Municipal/Authority engineering to include: Municipal /Authority representation, Stormwater management, Roads, Utilities, Construction administration, Ordinance and plan review, Environmental permits (PADEP, USACE, FEMA), PENNDOT permits, Grant applications, Project presentation, Specification writing, Meeting facilitation
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computerized project management systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint, and stormwater related software
Client-focused leader and team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills
Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays
Valid US Driver's License is required
