Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and manage enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with a focus on BeyondTrust Password Safe and Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
Design, create, and maintain BeyondTrust EPM policies, workflows, and privilege elevation rules
Support secure access controls for privileged accounts across Windows and macOS endpoints
Ensure PAM implementations align with security best practices, compliance requirements, and organizational standards
Participate in change management processes, including planning, testing, and deployment of PAM-related changes
Troubleshoot PAM-related issues and provide ongoing operational support
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and endpoint teams to enhance privileged access controls

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and managing enterprise PAM platforms

Experience securing and managing Windows and macOS endpoints
Knowledge of change management processes and deployment best practices
Ability to document configurations, policies, and operational procedures
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
