Advise on project finance transactions, with a focus on renewable energy projects
Assist in structuring and restructuring financing arrangements for large-scale projects

Conduct due diligence and manage transaction timelines
Work closely with clients and counterparties to ensure successful deal execution
Qualification
Required
Experience at a top-tier Project Finance group at a major law firm is required
3–6 years of experience in project finance or related practice areas
Strong understanding of financing structures and tax considerations in project finance deals
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with renewable energy projects and related financing structures
Background in banking or financial services related to project finance
Familiarity with restructuring transactions and tax incentive programs
