This role involves developing retail space strategies and planograms to enhance sales and shopper experience, utilizing analytics and creativity to optimize merchandising solutions.

Responsibilities
Duties will include utilizing space management software to create planograms and optimize store layouts for product visibility and sales, conducting basic space analytics to identify opportunities, providing recommendations for best-in-class merchandising solutions and maintaining clear communication with internal teams, clients, and retailers
Category management
Category analysis
Create a category management schedule and regularly pull movement on ASG categories to identify top sellers
Use ASG movement data
Use the BI assortment tool
Use advanced Excel functions to analyze data
POS analysis
Use advanced Excel functions to analyze data
Visit the store being analyzed as needed
Recap findings in a presentation
Planogram Creation
Use Blue Yonder software to create planograms
Create multiple planogram variations
Create planograms for customers as needed
Resolve item data issues
Receive and answer item queries from the ISE team
Escalate unresolved item data issues
Advise on new trends in the market
Qualification
Required
Experience in space management project support
Ability to develop and support retail space strategies and planograms
Strong analytical skills to leverage analytics and creativity for optimizing in-store shelving solutions
Proficiency in utilizing space management software to create planograms
Experience in conducting basic space analytics to identify opportunities
Ability to provide recommendations for best-in-class merchandising solutions
Strong communication skills to maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and retailers
Experience in category analysis and creating a category management schedule
Ability to pull movement on ASG categories to identify top sellers
Proficiency in using ASG movement data
Experience with BI assortment tool
Advanced Excel functions for data analysis
Ability to visit stores as needed for analysis
Experience in recapping findings in presentations
Proficiency in using Blue Yonder software to create planograms
Ability to create multiple planogram variations
Experience in resolving item data issues and answering item queries
Ability to escalate unresolved item data issues
Knowledge of new trends in the market
Willingness to travel for in-store visits
