Process improvement and Lean/BPS

Builds effective resource plans that support SOW execution and achievement completion with team and crew coordination

Identifies and communicates risks to First Line Leader with efficiency

Monitors and reports daily progress to plan across multiple functions

Works with support organizations and First Line Leader to mitigate performance risk

Documents and communicates shift turnover

Establishes overtime requirements, execution plan and staffing

Responsible for crew level oversight of 5S

Support teammates to improve their job performance including identifying training

Verifies accuracy of work performed and may conduct self-inspection

Ability and professionalism in support of airline customer interaction

Identifies KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and LMS Kaizan improvement actions, and follows up with actions and tasks associated at weekly Kamishibai and Gemba walks
