Agent Support Specialist

Responsibilities
You’ll configure and deploy payment terminals to fit our clients’ unique needs
When agents or clients run into tech hiccups, you’ll be the expert who helps them get back on track
You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for sales reps and business owners who need guidance
From CRM updates to maintaining accurate records, you’ll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
Qualification
Required
Tech-Savvy & Quick Learner - You don't need to be a programmer, but you should be comfortable working with tech and eager to learn our systems
Problem-Solver - When something breaks, you figure out how to fix it. You're resourceful, persistent, and creative
Strong Communicator - You know how to explain things clearly, whether it's to a seasoned sales agent or a small business owner with zero tech experience
Detail-Oriented - The little things matter
Team Player - We're a tight-knit team, and we all pitch in where needed. No egos, no drama
Preferred
Previous restaurant experience - we are dealing more and more with point of sale as a bundled component of our core product set. Knowing what modifiers are and how important a good workflow is from the server side is a big benefit. Also restaurant people are just nice and used to dealing with a light dusting of insanity
Bilingual - if you're bilingual in a commonly spoken language, that's awesome. If it's something not commonly spoken like Klingon or Aramaic, that's cool but not very useful
Social Media - if you genuinely like social media and like taking pictures and all the things that social media needs, that's helpful... not the doom-scrolling social media, the useful kind
Other - speak fluent movie quotes, bringing a Herring to your interview, dabbling in graphic design, video editing (CapCut, etc) interest or experience/hobby, knowing your favorite color is indeed yellow not blue, etc
