Responsibilities
Lead the complete PCB design lifecycle (concept → manufacturing)
Master tasks like schematic capture, library part creation, and optimizing component placement/routing
Generate final manufacturing data (Gerber/ODB++) and document everything in Altium Designer
Collaborate daily with our electrical, mechanical, and producibility teams
Be the technical expert, applying your deep knowledge of PCB design theories and manufacturing to solve complex challenges
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and five (5) years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum three (3) years of experience
Preferred
Familiarity with interpreting mechanical drawings as they relate to PCB designs
Proficiency in using auto-router tools and constraint management within Altium
Ability to capture existing schematics from formats like TIFF files and perform reverse engineering for documentation
