Responsibilities
Ability to estimate and manage sheet metal projects, including producing accurate estimates from schematic drawings
Strong project management skills including handling RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and supporting field crews
Familiarity with large commercial projects valued at $500K and up
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in construction management, ideally with commercial roofing, sheet metal, or exterior façade trades
Ability to estimate and manage sheet metal projects, including producing accurate estimates from schematic drawings
Strong project management skills including handling RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and supporting field crews
Familiarity with large commercial projects valued at $500K and up
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam and Procore are a plus (training available if needed)
Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to be on-site daily within the Boise area
OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field
