This role involves analyzing business needs and designing solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform to support finance, operations, and supply chain functions.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements related to finance, supply chain, and operations within the D365 F&O platform

Design, configure, and implement functional solutions including modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Inventory Management

Conduct business process analysis, facilitate requirements workshops, and develop functional design documents

Lead functional testing, system configuration, and user acceptance testing to ensure proper system performance

Provide user training, go-live support, and post-implementation process improvements to ensure a smooth transition to the new system

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred or equivalent work experience required

3+ years' experience as a functional consultant in Microsoft Dynamics

4+ years' experience as a functional Consultant in Dynamics AX 2012

Experience doing full implementation cycles and advising on complex D365 business cases

Strong background knowledge of Finance modules (e.g., Budgeting, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, General Ledger)
