Responsibilities

Own and grow PL business across the East Coast, with a focus on Healthcare, Allied Health, MPL, and Excess
Act as a territory leader, driving submission flow and conversion
Build and deepen relationships with wholesale trading partners (phone, virtual, and in-person)
Underwrite with discipline, creativity, and speed
Help shape appetite, pricing, and portfolio strategy as we scale

Required

5+ years Professional Liability underwriting experience
E&S PL background required; Allied Healthcare expertise strongly preferred
Established wholesale broker relationships
Strong grasp of pricing, risk selection, and portfolio management
Comfort making decisions in a fast-moving environment
An entrepreneurial mindset and appetite to help build something meaningful
Willingness to travel for broker meetings and industry events
(US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.)
