Responsibilities
Lead and refine recruiting strategies to support complex, specialized, or senior-level searches
Work cross-functionally with research and account management teams to build targeted, high-quality talent pipelines
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate technical capabilities, leadership qualities, and cultural alignment
Deliver clear, data-driven recruitment insights and progress updates to internal teams and clients
Build rapport with internal and external stakeholders to up sell candidates and clients on additional opportunities
Represent the firm with professionalism and credibility, enhancing our position as a trusted executive search partner
Consistently achieve performance targets across outreach, submissions, interviews, and placements
Engage in ongoing professional development, including certifications, leadership training, and industry-focused learning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
At least 7 years of recruitment experience
Strong internal customer relationship and customer service skills
Experience with MS Office suite of products
Robust organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively over remote platforms including phone and video
