Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for mid-market accounts
Identify and qualify opportunities for IT services including custom development, automation, data integration, cloud, and modernization
Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend solutions
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and referrals
Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to develop proposals and presentations
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting within HubSpot CRM
Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities
Represent Programmers.AI professionally in client meetings, demos, and industry events

Required

3–7+ years of experience selling IT services or technology solutions
Proven success selling into mid-market organizations ($50M–$500M revenue range)
Industry knowledge in one or more of the following: Manufacturing, Retail, Transportation & Supply Chain, Insurance
Experience selling or supporting solutions involving IBM i (AS/400) environments, including legacy modernization, integration, or migration initiatives
Understanding of common IT challenges such as technical debt, system integration, data visibility, automation, and ERP modernization
Experience using HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and opportunity tracking
Strong consultative selling, negotiation abilities, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
