Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support and mentorship to junior staff and peers
Manage incident and problem resolution, including root cause analysis
Handle hardware and software troubleshooting, end-user support, and ticket handling
Manage and implement assigned project-based solutions, communicating progress to stakeholders
Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and run books
Assist in planning, installation, and support of client cloud systems infrastructure
Support on-premises hardware and software and cloud-based devices and related software
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to client infrastructure
Participate in on-call, after-hours, and weekend support as needed

Qualification

Required

7+ years of experience administering Microsoft Microsoft-based solutions and products: Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Windows Server, Active Directory, etc
U.S. Citizen (Federal client requirement)
Bachelor's degree in information technology/security, Computer (Information) Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline Or 10+ years of demonstrated experience in systems administration with a focus on Microsoft and Cloud Technologies

Preferred

Preferred certifications: MCP, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards (ITIL, ISO 20000-1, CMMI-SVCs) a plus
Technical knowledge of tools like ConnectWise Automate, Hudu, Mimecast, Meraki, etc
Familiarity with network troubleshooting
Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc.)
