Responsibilities

Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, manage check‑ins, answer and route calls, and maintain a polished reception area
Office Coordination: Oversee office supplies, equipment, meeting room schedules, and general workspace organization
Administrative Support: Assist project teams and managers with document preparation, data entry, scheduling, and internal communications
Vendor & Facilities Liaison: Coordinate with building management, maintenance teams, and service vendors to ensure a safe, functional office environment
Event & Meeting Support: Prepare meeting spaces, arrange catering, support onboarding sessions, and help coordinate office events
Mail & Logistics Management: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier shipments, and internal distribution

Qualification

Administrative experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsTeam-oriented mindset

Required

Experience in administrative or front‑desk roles, ideally in construction, engineering, or professional services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence
High level of organization and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new systems
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure
Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across departments
Regular, reliable attendance
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required
