The role focuses on providing an amazing client experience, coordinating schedules, and collaborating with the veterinary team to ensure top-notch care for pets.

Responsibilities

Provide a positive, empathetic experience as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, from check-in to check-out

Create, update, and own the daily clinic schedule, ensuring the flow of appointments runs smoothly

Work alongside veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to deliver top-notch care for every patient

Remain calm under pressure, handling in-clinic issues with professionalism and efficiency

Offer reassurance to pet parents, ensuring they know their furry family members are in excellent hands

Qualification

Preferred

Veterinary/Animal Industry Background: Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or pet care setting
