Responsibilities
Swiftly address and resolve unsafe acts or conditions
Follow up on workplace injuries and incidents to ensure proper resolution and documentation
Lead engaging training sessions for staff on key safety topics
Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential risks, and implement effective corrective actions
Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate safety documentation
Travel to various client sites within the Salinas and Watsonville area to oversee and enforce safety protocols
Qualification
Required
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Basic computer skills (proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail for creating thorough and accurate reports
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
Willingness to learn and commit to safety training provided
