Responsibilities

End-to-End Campaign Execution: Own the full execution lifecycle of assigned integrated campaigns, leveraging execution playbooks and standards set by the function
Cross-Channel Orchestration: Serve as the central hub for your campaigns, actively managing cross-functional dependencies and timelines to ensure programs launch on time. You coordinate and integrate the efforts of channel owners (Paid Media, Web, Lifecycle, Field) and Brand partners to create a single, cohesive customer journey
Brief Development & GTM Alignment: Drive the creation of clear, comprehensive campaign briefs that detail objectives, targeting, messaging, and channel mix, ensuring full strategic alignment with PMM, Content, Brand, and Revenue teams
Pipeline Accountability & Resiliency: Own campaign performance management against funnel targets (leads, MQLs, IOs). When programs underperform, you proactively identify new tactics, iterate on existing ones, and champion a resilient, test-and-learn mindset to ensure we hit our goals
Data Analysis & Iteration: Rigorously measure campaign performance, communicate results to key stakeholders, and derive actionable insights that inform future optimization and budget allocation decisions
Stakeholder Activation & Revenue Alignment: Act as the primary operational contact for Sales and SDR teams for your assigned campaigns. You ensure Sales teams are enabled with content and context, and you monitor adherence to internal SLAs and lead routing best practices to maximize the conversion and progression of your campaign-generated opportunities

Required

3+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaign management, preferably in a B2B environment
Demonstrated ability to execute complex workflows adhering to strict GTM standards and SLAs
Natural collaborator who excels at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across different teams
Comfortable working with marketing metrics to measure campaigns
Possess a resilient mindset, focused on iterating quickly based on data
Embrace a test-and-learn approach, prioritizing rapid execution, failing fast, and iterating quickly to drive continuous improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and driving alignment
