Customer Service / Account Manager
Pearison Inc. is looking for a Customer Service / Account Manager to join their growing team. The role involves training and managing customer service associates, handling customer communications, and resolving escalated concerns to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Train, coach, and coordinate the responsibilities of Customer Service Associates including providing exceptional customer service and creating repeat customers
Manage communications regarding ongoing quotes, samples, and projects
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and seamless shipping and follow-up regarding custom orders
Resolve escalated customer concerns and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
Plan and execute customer events and promotions to enhance the overall shopping experience
Oversee and manage the Sales team, providing guidance and support as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years' management experience required
Must have strong customer service, attention to detail, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
Preferred
Bachelors degree preferred but not required or equivalent experience
