Responsibilities

You will be leading the search engineering function within the business, in collaboration with other business units (Data, Product)
Drive delivery of improvements in search quality, data pipelines, ML models and distributed systems
Lead the migration from Algolia to Elasticsearch

Required

At least 2 years management of an engineering team
Deep large-scale search knowledge and capability
Hands on software engineering background (Python ideally)
Elasticsearch expertise
Modern hybrid search experience, including Relevancy, Recommendations, Ranking, Personalization
