Responsibilities
Lead and grow local mechanical and MEP design teams
Act as a primary technical authority for HVAC system selection, engineering, and design
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, owners, and repeat clients
Oversee the preparation of HVAC drawings, calculations, specifications, and analyses
Provide direction and mentorship to mechanical designers and support staff
Manage project execution, coordination, and delivery within the MEP space
Participate in construction administration and site observations
Deliver consistent, high-quality service to both internal teams and external clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of experience in MEP consulting and design
Demonstrated team leadership and project management experience
Strong client-facing skills and professional communication ability
In-depth knowledge of building codes and HVAC system design
Preferred
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent experience
LEED Accreditation
Working knowledge of IES-VE or similar analysis tools
