Responsibilities
Support the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Partner with Operational Leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with business needs
Provide guidance on employee relations, compliance, and HR policies
Support HR operations and process improvements across the region
Travel as required to support regional offices and field operations
Qualification
Required
Proven HR experience in multinational or listed organisations
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Ability to lead through ambiguity and support transformation
Mobile and willing to travel for work
Ready to start quickly and available for interviews on specified dates
Preferred
Experienced HR generalist with strong operational focus
Background in mining services or mine owner environments
Ability to work autonomously and build trust with diverse stakeholders
Experience in high-growth environments and managing change
Familiarity with HR systems such as SuccessFactors or ServiceNow
Cultural fluency across North America; Spanish language skills advantageous but not essential
