Responsibilities
Translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for both static and motion design expressions
Evolve and expand the brand system to ensure consistency and scalability across all customer touch points
Conceptualize and produce motion graphics and animations that bring stories, products, and messages to life
Develop motion design strategies that enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement
Build out motion design guidelines and systems to ensure consistency across all motion assets
Scale motion practices through the creation of training videos, product explainers, and reusable motion templates
Create multimedia narratives that communicate the essence of teams, projects, or products, tailored to specific audiences and objectives
Evolve the website and other digital experiences to effectively communicate our value proposition and brand positioning
Design a broad range of marketing materials—including digital and print ads, social media graphics, web assets, email templates, presentations, and promotional items
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment between design vision and execution
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Support product design initiatives to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the brand identity
Attract top-tier talent to join our driven team
Qualification
Required
2+ years of professional brand and motion design experience
Comfortable working in fast paced environment with high volume of deliverables
Impeccable execution and care for all aspects of design, from conceptual thinking to motion and brand design
Strong portfolio demonstrating motion and design skills
Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
Comfort and confidence in collaborating closely with departments such as sales, marketing, and product
Proficiency with contemporary design tools and methods such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop) and Figma
