Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring Boot framework
Implement messaging solutions with Kafka to enable real-time data processing and communication between services
Integrate with MongoDB and other databases to store and retrieve dynamic banking data efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, QA, and business analysts to deliver high-quality software
Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance in a production environment
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Java programming language
Experience with Spring Boot framework for microservices development
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka or similar messaging systems
Knowledge of NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB
Understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and cloud deployment practices
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment
Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus
