Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate cross‑functional discovery and strategy sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs), product, design, engineering, and business partners
Plan and run workshops, and other structured design and discovery exercises
Guide teams through ambiguous problem spaces, helping them frame challenges, explore solutions, and reach alignment

Required

Strong background in product strategy, design strategy, service design, or related disciplines
Demonstrated experience facilitating groups, leading workshops, and guiding cross‑functional teams

Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect research, business needs, and user outcomes

Preferred

Agency experience is highly desirable, particularly for candidates accustomed to jumping into new problems and delivering strategic thinking quickly
