Responsibilities

Support the administration of media production applications, systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliability of technology and operations

Be able to read and understand system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes

Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication

Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards

All other duties as assigned

Required onsite. This position is required to be performed full time onsite from an NBCUniversal designated work site

Required

Minimum 1-year relevant experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, radio, television & film, related fields or equivalent experience

Support the administration of media production applications, systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliability of technology and operations

Be able to read and understand system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes

Provide technical support, incident response, and customer communication

Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards

Support of live event production operations

Exposure to and basic understanding of various media technologies including SDI or NDI video infrastructures, contribution & distribution encoding, live production systems, news gathering tools, NRCS, NLE, media asset management, and transmission systems

Solid IT fundamentals including administration of physical / virtualized / cloud compute & storage, networking, domain & identity management

History of contributing to projects resulting in satisfied stakeholders
