Required

Candidates must hold at least a Master's degree in Gerontology, or in a related field with gerontology-related research, teaching, and/or professional experience (for undergraduate courses)

Applicants must be at least a Ph.D. Candidate (ABD) in Gerontology or a related field in order to teach graduate-level courses, though a Master's degree and years of relevant experience in a specific course area may be considered

Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students

Preferred

Preference will be given to those with experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment

Preference will also be given to those with relevant work experience and those who bring professional capabilities
