Responsibilities
Answering incoming telephone calls and direct calls to the appropriate individual/department
Page employees and physicians when it is deemed appropriate
Greet and assist visitors at the main lobby reception desk
Respond in a calm and professional manner to emergency situations including various code and alarm panels in the switchboard area
Qualification
Required
High School Education
Minimum one-year (1) experience answering a high volume of calls, preferably in a hospital setting is desirable
