They are seeking a Summer Intern for their Development Company to participate in a comprehensive 8-week internship program that provides exposure to real estate development activities, including financial analysis and project management.

Responsibilities

Assist with financial analysis and modeling for new development and investment opportunities

Support market research by gathering data on rents, sales, operating costs, and competitive supply

Participate in due diligence activities, including reviewing zoning, site conditions, and project feasibility

Help prepare business plans and presentations, including financial forecasts and project summaries

Track project timelines, budgets, and construction progress under the guidance of senior team members

Compile and organize project information for internal reporting and leadership updates

Collaborate with team members across development, design, construction, and leasing functions

Required

Rising Senior, working towards a bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, economics or related field preferred

Excel, and Word, with a strong emphasis on Excel modeling capabilities and an understanding of discounted cash flows
