Responsibilities

Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him

Sort and process donations made via check, cash, or credit card

Verify checks and corresponding response devises for accuracy

Assist with quality checks of web import accounts and imported card requests

Maintain a high level of database accuracy

Assist with keying electronic transactions

Required

Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and six (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of experience and education

Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute

Ability to work with accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality to maintain positive donor relationships

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing processes, procedures, workload and database changes

Critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Fluency in English (required)
