Global Technical Talent, an Inc. 5000 Company, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst IV with a strong background in Financial Crimes and Know Your Customer (KYC) to support a Commercial Banking COO & Strategy organization. This role will focus on procedure simplification, process improvement, and regulatory alignment related to KYC and financial crimes initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support centralization of KYC procedures aligned with regulatory and internal policy requirements
Conduct comprehensive reviews of commercial banking procedures to ensure alignment with centralized KYC standards
Partner with procedure owners to simplify, streamline, and improve existing documentation
Support remediation of MRAs and open issues related to financial crimes and compliance
Develop and maintain clear, well-documented procedures, process flows, and process maps
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive process transformation initiatives
Deliver assigned work products on time and to quality standards

Required

Financial Crimes experience, with strong focus on KYC
Proven procedure writing and documentation experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience: 5-8 years of relevant Business Analyst experience
Education: No degree or certification requirement

Preferred

Project management experience
Understanding of financial crimes regulatory requirements
Experience with process transformation or overhaul initiatives
Preferred Background: Financial crimes / KYC within commercial banking
