Responsibilities
Partner with a Relationship Manager to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience
Build and strengthen client relationships with a “wow” approach
Assist with day-to-day client needs and account management
Handle administrative and operational tasks, including onboarding, forms, and post-issue requests
Support client meetings and events, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards
Track and resolve client requests efficiently
Take on special projects and initiatives to help the team succeed
Qualification
Required

Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to balance multiple priorities
Professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
Strong time-management, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability
High school diploma required
Preferred
Experience in financial services, knowledge of investment accounts, IRAs, and IRS retirement regulations
Bachelor's degree preferred
Life & Health insurance licenses preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
FINRA SIE preferred (or ability to obtain within 9 months)
