Lifecycle Marketing Lead
Polymarket is the world’s largest prediction market, and they are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own end-to-end retention strategy across lifecycle, CRM, and in-product messaging. The role involves building and optimizing various campaigns to drive user engagement and retention while collaborating with product and data teams to test and track core metrics.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end retention strategy across lifecycle, CRM, and in-product messaging for Polymarket's US App and Polymarket.com
Build and optimize email, push, in-app, and SMS campaigns to drive repeat trading and frequency
Design lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, re-engagement, and win-back
Partner closely with product, data, and growth to test retention levers (UX, incentives, content, timing)
Define and track core metrics (D1/D7/D30 retention, frequency, cohort LTV) and turn insights into action
Run fast, data-driven experiments to increase engagement around key events, markets, and moments
Weekly reporting to both product and growth
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing of a consumer app
Experience owning retention across web + mobile
Strong analytical instincts—comfortable working with cohorts, funnels, and experimentation
Clear communicator who can move quickly in a high-velocity, event-driven product
Preferred
Bonus: experience with trading, OSBs, crypto, or real-time marketplaces
