Responsibilities

Coordinates data storage and retrieval for client account related documentation

Scans documents using the Firm's PDF programs and indexing system

Retrieves client charges and disbursement back-up using applications such as COOL, Aderant reports and other document archiving systems

Assists with conducting audits of Aderant Expert Image databases

Assists with updating and maintaining various reports on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and timely completion

Actively seeks to enhance knowledge of all Client Accounting procedures and processes

Demonstrates effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others

Manages Firm resources responsibly

Complies with and understands Firm operation, policies, and procedures

Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Knowledge of relevant Firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
