Responsibilities

Lead projects at the Americas scale that shape the future operating model and support long-term business priorities, oversee multiple opportunities simultaneously and design organization wide processes to ensure long-term goals are being defined and met

Define, align upon and execute against priority regional product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and activation priorities, metrics, and strategies

Work with internal stakeholders cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet our business objectives and influence global stakeholders to build solutions for regional needs

Conduct in-depth analysis of product and business data to identify trends, insights and intelligence to support decision making and activation

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree

Preferred

Experience working with sports, YouTube creators, and streaming solutions

Experience in business or product strategy within traditional or digital advertising, with an understanding of the YouTube ecosystem

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to audiences

Ability to track the record of building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders

Ability to prioritize initiatives, drive progress, and exercise sound judgment across multiple workstreams in a changing environment

Ability to translate product offerings into business-facing value propositions that meet marketing objectives
