Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of Cohere’s product and our health plan partners
Provide general supervision over the nursing staff. This includes interviewing new hires, training, coaching, mentoring, quality auditing and oversight of quality improvement plans initiated by the Clinical Supervisor and or Director
Coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight and direction to clinicians
Assist in addressing any case escalations or provider issues
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5+ years in healthcare, managed care, or insurance-related roles
1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity, with experience coaching or training others
A current, active RN license (BSN preferred)
Comfort interpreting operational data and metrics to identify process improvements
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
A kind, patient, and flexible leadership style suited for a remote, fast-paced environment
